BTLR

For guests

A calmer way to be known — without oversharing.

Keep your preferences organised, update them once, and share them when it genuinely improves how you are welcomed.

How it works

Three deliberate steps — from your first preferences to a better arrival.

  • 1. Build your profile

Add the details that matter — from sleep and dining to accessibility and celebration moments.

  • 2. Keep it current

Life changes. BTLR is designed so updates feel considered, not like admin work.

  • 3. Share on your terms

When you book or arrive, share what helps the team serve you — nothing more.

Why discerning travellers choose BTLR

  • Built around your life

Capture preferences across hospitality, travel, dining, and moments that matter — structured so they are effortless to refine.

  • You choose what to share

Share with hotels, concierge, or partners when it elevates your stay — not by default. Third parties apply their own policies to what you share.

  • Designed for trust

Clear data practices, disciplined security, and controls aligned with GDPR expectations and App Store review norms.

Questions guests ask

What is BTLR?
BTLR is a lifestyle personalisation and guest experience platform that helps you create, store, and share preferences to improve services across hospitality, travel, and related experiences.
Do you sell my data?
No. BTLR does not sell your personal data. We use your information to provide and improve the Service, and we may share it with service providers who support our infrastructure — strictly for delivering the Service.
What happens when I share with a hotel or partner?
When you explicitly choose to share, you control what is shared and with whom. Partners may use that information under their own policies — BTLR is not responsible for their actions beyond providing the sharing mechanism.
Can I delete my data?
You may request deletion at any time, and we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it unless retention is required by law.
What is the minimum age?
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
